For health reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on masks, leggings and "short leggings". 

HOW? 'OR' WHAT MAKE A RETURN ONLINE?

1. There is no charges for returns or exchanges except items sold at more than 50% of the regular price at the time of your purchase. 
2. Click Go back enter your email and order number without the #. You will receive an authorization number by email with which you can obtain the return label at your Canada Post counter. (Do not forget to vcheck your spam).
3. Make a return request for each item by choosing from the options offered, Bonus Gift Card, Refund, Exchange or Sale Item 50% and more (see below for more details)
4. Exchanges are FREE ! Contact us to confirm the exchange and availability of the desired item (s).

WHAT ARE THE CHOICES FOR RETURNING MY ORDER?

1. FREE RETURN
2. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request.
3. No expiration date.
4. Can be used one or more times, can be given as a gift.
5. Not applicable on items that are more than 50% of the regular price upon purchase. 

EXCHANGE:

1. FREE RETURN & RETURN
2. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to make the request.
3. Contact us to confirm the exchange and availability of the desired item (s).
4. Not applicable on items sold at more than 50% of the regular price upon purchase. 

REFUND:

1. FREE RETURN
2. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request.
3. Not applicable on items that are more than 50% of the regular price upon purchase. 

SALE ITEM (50% and +):

1. RETURN label provided FREE of charge.
2. You have 15 days after the date of purchase to make the request.
3. $ 8 processing fee + taxes, per package and not per item, withheld from the amount of the refund made on a gift card (no expiration date).

IMPORTANT BEFORE MY RETURN - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Returns must be in perfect condition.
• Don't forget to write your order number on the back of the package. 
• Any other method of return will not be refunded.
• Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Don't worry, the amount of the discount you got will be applied proportionally to the items remaining in your order. 

PACKAGES NO CLAIMED

Packages not claimed at your post office will be subject to any return charges and administrative charges required by the shipping company, if applicable, as well as reshipment charges.

DAMAGED OR BAD ITEM RECEIVED

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can remedy it as quickly as possible.

PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE CANADA

All items may be returned, except items over 50% off, within 30 days of the date of your order for a Credit Note or Refund. Too Beautiful For You inc Is not responsible for customs fees and return shipping cost.
