Except for clearance items at 50% off and more, for which a one-time $10 + tax fee is deducted from the return amount, no matter how many items are returned. See below:

Regular collection: regular price, sales up to 49% off and “Buy X, get Y” promotions. Clearance: items 50% off or more at the time of purchase.
How do I make a return online?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on leggings, "short leggings" or earrings.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ONLINE
- Click Start a Return, then enter your email and your order number.
- Submit one return request per item, choose the reason, then the refund method: to your original payment method or as a gift card. Clearance items at 50% off or more are refunded as a gift card only (see below).
- You'll receive an authorization number by email, which you can use to get your free return label at any Canada Post counter. (Don't forget to check your spam folder.)
- Group the items from the same order in a single envelope to avoid extra processing fees for separate shipments. Please write your name and your 5-digit order number on the back of the package. Returns must be in perfect condition.
- Drop it off at the Canada Post office of your choice. Any other return method will not be refunded.
- Returns are processed a few days after we receive your package. A refund to your card may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.

- You have 30 days from the purchase date to make your request.
- Virtual gift card.
- No expiry date.
- Can be used all at once or over several purchases, and can be given as a gift.
Clearance items 50% off and more
- FREE RETURN LABEL
- You have 15 days from the purchase date to make your request.
- Refund in store credit only (virtual gift card with no expiry date).
- $10 + tax processing fee deducted from the return amount, no matter how many items are returned.

Don’t worry, the discount you received will apply proportionally to the items remaining in your order.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages not picked up at your post office will be subject to any return and administrative fees charged by the carrier, if applicable, as well as reshipping fees.
DAMAGED ITEM OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
PURCHASES MADE FROM OUTSIDE CANADA
All items can be returned (except clearance items at 50% off and more) within 30 days of your order date for store credit or a refund. Trop Belle Pour Toi IS NOT responsible for customs fees or return shipping costs. All taxes and charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You must contact us by email at info@tropbellepourtoi.ca before sending your return.
RETURNS FROM REMOTE AREAS
Returns and exchanges are free everywhere in Quebec and Canada. However, for certain remote areas where shipping is especially expensive, we may ask you to contribute to the return shipping costs. For clearance items at 50% off and more, this contribution is added to the $10 plus taxes processing fee.
